Villa Haikko by the sea is a charming archipelago style villa and a great venue for weddings, anniversaries and family celebrations for 60-230 guests. The Villa belongs to Haikko's alcohol licenced area and Haikko also takes care of all catering in the premises.

Banquet room and planning sessions with Haikko

  • 2 x 1 hour planning session with Haikko's sales agent
  • Banquet room Villa Haikko for your private use 16:00-24:00 (for max. 8 hours) starting from the first congratulation toasts. In addition, the customer has the option of additional own decoration up to 2 hours before the start of the event (see below more information about Haikko's banquet decoration included in the price).
  • It is possible to book extra opening hours until 02:00 in Villa Haikko.
  • Villa Haikko has a large dance floor, grand piano and a stage.
  • Villa Haikko has a bar where you and your guests can buy additional drinks during the event.
     

Catering

  • congratulation toast: a glass of sparkling wine (14 cl)
  • wedding menu: a generous festive buffet, wedding cake and coffee OR a sit-down menu (Starting from price incl. starter, main course, wedding cake and coffee. Also multi-course menus available at an additional cost) View Festive Menus here
  • two glasses (á 16 cl) of house wine and Haikko water served with the menu

Decorations and menu cards

  • buffet tables have menu boards listing the dishes, menu cards are placed on dining tables in connection with sit-down menus
  • flower arrangements on buffet tables
  • flower vases on dining tables, 1-2 flowers per table, depending on the size of a table (roses, gerberas or carnations and green leaves in transparent glass vases, colour preferences will be taken into account)
  • candle lights on dining tables
  • white table clothes and textile serviettes
  • light grey chair covers (white or blue-white striped covers available at extra charge)

Additional Catering and Services

  • while wedding couple is photographed we recommend sparkling wine and cocktail bites to be served
  • Villa Haikko has its own bar, where the drinks can be purchased during the party

Wedding Ceremony at Haikko

Wedding ceremony at Haikko is a great option instead of a church ceremony. The ceremony can take place for example in the Wedding Pavilion in the Manor Park, in Villa Haikko by the sea or in the Yellow Room of the Manor Hotel. The ceremony performing minister/registrar/judge must be booked by the couple.

Programmes and After Parties 

Coordinating your programme and catering is an important part of planning the celebration. You may arrange music, programmes and performers by yourself, if you wish to do so. The performers must bring their own PA equipment.

Kartanon Kellari & Pub - The Manor Cellar Restaurant & Pub is also a great after party place. It is open to all our guests till 02:00 on Saturdays.

Wedding Night and Guest Rooms         

Wedding Night Package: Why not book one night before and have a stressless morning on your wedding day? The Manor Hotel has romantic room choices: Classic-, Imperial and Suites. The Spa Hotel has lovely Deluxe rooms close to the spa services and Suites with a jetted bath tub. Ask for a wedding night offer at out Sales Office.

For Weddings with more than 10 guests you will get a special offer on accommodation.

Room prices include breakfast and access to the spa pools, saunas and Gym. Check-in to your room is at 15:00 on the arrival day and check-out at 12:00 on the departure day.
