Gift Card Validity:

Haikko Gift Card is valid 12 months from the date of purchase or during the campaign time stated on the gift card. Please remember to use your Gift Card during its period of validity.

GIFT CARD VALIDITY INQUIRIES

Please note the validity of some Haikko Gift Cards may not be extended. Kindly send your validity inquiries by e-mail to lahjakortti@haikko.fi (mention the Gift Card number and your contact information including your telephone number and e-mail address.

Haikko Gift Card Information

Purchase and payment:

Haikko Gift Cards can be purchased online on Haikko's website.
Gift Card will be paid on Haikko's webshop, most common credit cards and Finnish payment cards are accepted (payment service by Paytrail Oyj). Corporate purchases may be invoiced via Enterpay, in which case a valid business ID-number must be provided.
Haikko Gift Cards have 14 days exchange and return rights

Gift Card Deliveries:

Gift Cards will be sent by e-mail in PDF-format or they can be picked up at Haikko.
Delivery by e-mail is free.
Pick up at Haikko: Printed Gift Card including a white envelope can be picked up at Haikko Spa Hotel reception at an extra charge of 10 euros.

Gift Card Validity:

Haikko Gift Card is valid 12 months from the date of purchase or during the campaign time. The exact date can be found on the Gift Card.
Please remember to use the services stated on your Gift Card during its period of validity.
Validity of a Gift Card cannot be extended, please make sure you use your Gift Card during its validity period.
Expired Gift Card cannot be used.
Lost Gift Card cannot be compensated.

Gift Card can be used as payment for:

The services mentioned in the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for money or other services. Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for other Gift Cards.
When paying with Gift Card the card must be presented printed or on the phone.
Any extra charges mentioned in the Gift Card are to be paid at the hotel latest by departure.

Bookings with Gift Cards:

Reservations to be paid with Gift Cards can be made online on www.haikko.fi
Accommodation reservations to be paid by Gift Cards can also be made online on www.haikko.fi
Please note: the room must be garanteed by a credit card number though there will be no cost charged to your credit card.
Restaurant and Spa treatment Gift Cards: please inform the Gift Card number when making your reservation.
