Banquets in the Manor - Price Examples

In the atmospheric cabinets of the Manor, you can host unforgettable celebrations for 10–74 guests. For perfect manor weddings and other significant celebrations, a formal celebration menu is served to the tables, complemented by an elegant table setting with manor silverware and printed menu cards.

Celebrations at the Manor for 10–130 guests, starting from €101.90 per person (in 2025).

Banquet room rental fees

The venue rental fee is determined based on the number of guests:

Louise Sparre Cabinet:

  • For 10–15 guests, no venue rental fee

Romanov banquet rooms:

  • For 10-19 guests, Romanov Room (park side), 250 €
  • For 20-32 guests, Romanov Room (park side), no venue rental fee
  • For 20-31 guests, Romanov Room (sea side), 500 €
  • For 32-74 guests, Romanov Room (sea side), no venue rental fee
  • For under 75 guests, Romanov Room (sea side + park side), 1000 €*
  • For 75-130 guests, Romanov Room (sea side + park side), no venue rental fee*

* During the high season it is not possible to reserve the entire (both sea side and park side) Romanov banquet room for private use.

Manor Cellar room:

  • For under 20 guests, 200 €
  • For 20-50 guests, no venue rental fee

The price estimate including

Banquet room and planning sessions with Haikko

  • 2 x 1-hour planning meetings with Haikko's sales representative
  • Private use of the venue for up to 8 hours, until midnight at the latest (until 9 PM in the The Kellarisali - Cellar Room). Additionally, you may access the venue 2 hours prior to the reservation to set up your own decorations.
  • In the Romanov Room (sea side), there is a small dance floor and a piano
     

Catering

  • A glass of house sparkling wine (14 cl) for a toast
  • A celebration meal including coffee and cake. You can choose either a buffet service or table-served menus based on the current price list. Please explore our set menus for more details.
  • Meal beverages: two glasses of house wine (16 cl each) and Haikko water (other wines are available from our wine list at the current prices)
  • Service staff and kitchen personnel, as well as a head waiter for the evening
     

Decorations and menu cards

  • Haikko menu cards on dining tables for table-served menus and a menu display at the buffet table
  • Table flowers: 1–2 flowers per table (depending on table size) with your choice of rose, gerbera, or carnation, accompanied by greenery in a clear glass vase. Color preferences will be considered. For weddings, a vase is provided at the couple’s table for the bride’s bouquet.
  • Floral arrangements at the buffet table
  • Real candles on dining tables
  • White tablecloths and cloth napkins; for weddings, the couple's table is draped with floor-length tablecloths

Haikko Banquet Service will Assist you to find the Best Banquet Room 

Guest amount defines the most suitable room for you event. For smaller gatherings of up to 15 guests, we recommend the Louis Sparre Room in the Manor.

The Romanov Room in the Manor can be divided into two sections with partition walls. The sea side section accommodates 32–74 guests and features a piano and a small dance floor at one end. The park side section is ideal for celebrations of up to 32 guests.

The atmospheric Kellarisali - Cellar Room is located in the Manor’s stone foundation, with its own entrance. The rustic brick walls add a unique ambiance, and the glass wall can be opened to connect the hall to the Cellar Pub. The hall is available for private use and accommodates 20–50 guests.

Wedding Ceremony at Haikko

The ceremony can take place at the Wedding Pavilion in the Manor Park, indoors at Villa Haikko, or in the Yellow Salon of the Manor. The couple is responsible for booking the officiant themselves. For more information, please contact our sales service.

Venue Decoration

The venue decoration includes the elements specified in the above price estimate.

If you wish to bring your own decorations, this must be agreed upon in advance with our event services team. We can place your smaller decorations for you for an additional fee.

Programmes and After Parties

It is advisable to plan the coordination of the program and catering in advance. The wedding couple is responsible for arranging all music and entertainment themselves. Performers must bring their own sound equipment. Manor provides speech and headset microphones for speeches, as well as audio equipment for playing background music.

We recommend the Manor Pub as an after-party venue, open to all hotel guests on Fridays and Saturdays until 2 AM.

Wedding Night and Guest Rooms         

We recommend that the wedding couple arrive the night before the celebration, allowing access to their room from the morning of the wedding day. For the couple, we suggest the romantic rooms in the Manor Hotel. In the Spa Hotel, we recommend the spacious Deluxe rooms located close to the spa services.

For celebrations with more than 10 guests, we offer a discount on accommodation for your guests.

The room rate includes a Manor breakfast, as well as access to the spa and gym. Rooms are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure.

Stay for previous night before together with your maids of honour and bestmen and take time to prepare for your important day.  Relax in the warm bubbles of the spa pools or take a private sauna bathe in one of the seaside saunas with comfortable lounges with open fire places.
