Haikko's Exercise Classes

Haikko's popular exercise classes will continue. Participate only if you are completely healthy, keep the safety distances and take care of good hand hygiene.

The class includes exercise series, that performes to improve body mobility and muscle flexibility.
Music together with rhythmic breathing creates a calm atmosphere and has been found to reduce the feeling of stress.
