Lapland Hotels Club is a membership program inspired by the winds of the North and the flavors of urban life. With it, you can collect points from your stays at our hotels and use the points you earn in various ways. You can dive into the excitement of safaris, use the points for your family's ski lift ticket purchases, or come back to visit us again by utilizing your points. Naturally, business travelers also benefit from the perks, and points can be used immediately during your stay for hotel services, such as room upgrades.

You can only log in to Lapland Hotels Club through the laplandhotels.com website.
Upcoming reservations at Haikko Manor & Spa Hotel are not yet visible when logged into the club pages.
Points earned at Haikko will appear, like from other hotels, within four days after checkout when logged into the club pages.
At Haikko, club membership will be confirmed upon check-in to ensure you receive all the benefits during your stay at Haikko.
