Yoga retreat

Yoga retreats are suitable for everyone, whether you have some experience or are a beginner. A great activity for friends and quality time for couples! Come prepared with flexible clothing, your own yoga mat, and a fleece blanket.

Bring a friend or partner and join us for a yoga retreat! Enjoy relaxing saunas, healthy food, and gentle Flow yoga.

The sessions combine movements that strengthen the body and improve flexibility with relaxation and calming exercises. The poses (asanas) are performed in sync with the breath, and the sessions include meditation and relaxation exercises. Suitable for beginners and those who feel "stiff"; no prior experience is needed. However, the exercises are not recommended for those who are pregnant.

Come prepared with flexible clothing and bring your own yoga mat and fleece blanket (if needed, these can also be borrowed from Haikko).

YOGA RETREATS

The yoga retreat will be held with a minimum of 8 participants per session, with a maximum of 26 participants per session. Yoga sessions take place at the Spa Hotel.

Yoga package bookings can be made directly online no later than 7 days before the weekend (cancellations free of charge up to 3 days in advance). Find your preferred date, click "Search Rooms," and choose your desired room type.

This package does not qualify for Lapland Hotels Club points or member benefits.

The yoga retreat is paid for on-site at reception. We reserve the right to make changes to services and schedules.

Yoga Retreat Program

The yoga retreat includes one spa visit, and you can choose the time that suits you best.
Note! Please remember to book your spa visit in advance. Suggested times for the spa visit are marked with an asterisk (*) in the program below.

Day 1

  • 15:00–16:45 Check-in to rooms, independent outdoor activities, optional treatments available for an additional fee
  • 17:30–19:00 Yoga session
  • 18:30–21:00 A diverse salad buffet and soup of the day at the Spa Lounge & Cafe
  • 20:00–23:00 Spa visit (1.5 hours)*
  • Enjoy a good night's sleep at the hotel.

Day 2

  • 7:30–10:00 Manor breakfast
  • 10:00–11:30 Yoga session
  • 12:00 Room check-out
  • 12:00 onwards: Opportunity for outdoor activities and optional treatments or snacks at the Spa Lounge & Cafe (additional fee)
  • 12:30 Spa visit (1.5 hours)*

 

About the Spa Lounge & Cafe Buffet
The fresh and diverse salad buffet and soup of the day include a variety of seasonal ingredients, such as fish and chicken-based options, in addition to green salad items. Also included are a warm soup of the day, fresh bread, spreads, and coffee/tea. Special dietary requirements are accommodated.

About Gentle Flow Yoga on the Retreat
During the retreat, Gentle Flow Yoga combines strengthening and mobility-enhancing poses (asanas) with meditation, relaxation, and breathing exercises. Yoga helps relax and balance the body and mind, while promoting focus and presence in the moment. In today’s fast-paced life, yoga is an excellent way to care for your well-being. Suitable for beginners and those who feel "stiff."
